Dufault, Dale
Chief Financial Officer
Dale serves as the Chief Financial Officer of MIPH, providing leadership on financial matters to staff, clients and vendors. He has extensive business experience, having been a consultant and external auditor for over 6 years with an International Accounting and Tax professional services firm as well as 15 years with a Midwest Environmental Firm, holding the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer over his 15 year career.
Dale is responsible for overall financial governance within MIPH, to include all financial management, such as accounting and recording of transactions, financial reporting, corporate tax filing, billing, collections, proposal budget development, project pricing as well as development of operational budgets. He assists the Executive Director and marketing team with strategic planning and business development.
Dale has a Bachelor of Science - Accounting Degree from St. Cloud State University, an MBA from University of St. Thomas and is completing a PhD Program in Investments and Money Management from Investools. Dale enjoys fishing, recreational boating, golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
Holtan, Neal - M.D., M.P.H., M.A.
Medical Director
Neal serves as the Medical Director of MIPH and provides consultation and leadership on medical matters to staff and clients. He is an experienced clinician and public health practitioner currently with his own practice in preventive medicine. His special interest is in helping to form connections between health care professionals and the public health system for prevention partnerships. At the present time he is working on a dissertation for the Ph.D. in the history of medicine program at the University of Minnesota. Neal likes to travel abroad.
