Program Planners

Data and Technical Assistance

Program planning involves a variety of elements including identifying program need and capacity, planning for resource allocation and use, assuring service delivery, preparing to respond to critical events, and evaluating outcomes. Community planners and grant writers have turned to us for technical assistance in all of these areas.

Of note, as well, is MIPH's reciprocal relationship with professors and other academicians from institutions of higher education, with whom we share expertise, resources and data.

Students and media professionals may find MIPH a valuable resource when researching public health topics.  Not only do we have a vast library of articles, books and reports, but we can also connect you with prevention professionals throughout Minnesota and the U.S. Advocacy groups looking for the latest data and research may also wish to turn to us for information.
