Characteristics of Minnesota Gamblers: Adults

Gambling Problems

A study of gambling problem prevalence has not been conducted in Minnesota since 1994. Current estimates of gambling problems among Minnesota's adult population ranges from 1-3%.

Gambling Behavior

In 2003, St. Cloud State University, in conjunction with the Minnesota State Lottery, conducted a survey of Minnesota adult gambling participation rates. Information from the study is located at www.lottery.state.mn.us/gambling/stcloud.html.
