Gambling Problems Resource Center
Gambling has rapidly become an acceptable and regular part of our society. For most people, gambling is a social or recreational activity, something that is fun and entertaining. But for others, gambling causes problems and, for some, it becomes uncontrollable and is no longer a choice. The Gambling Problems Resource Center promotes the recognition of problem/compulsive gambling behavior as well as the characteristics of low-risk gambling. We offer a wide range of training and education services, including classes and informative program materials on how to respond to and prevent gambling problems.
For those of you that are concerned about a gambling problem call the

The Helpline is funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and is a statewide, toll-free confidential 24-hour Helpline to respond to Minnesota resident's requests for information and/or referral to services for problem gamblers and other concerned individuals.
You may also visit the list of Gamblers Anonymous (GA) and Gam-Anon meeting sites and times as well as a list of state approved gambling treatment providers.
