Costs
Report, Survey and Consultation Costs
The cost of the Community Readiness Survey Service is $5,300 (subject to change) and covers all of the survey components from start to finish. Upon completion we also include two hours of follow-up to help interpret the results of your survey. Some communities have asked us to increase the sample size, in which case extra costs may incur ($500.00 per 100 people). The community is responsible for providing and paying for an incentive to include with the survey, if desired.
Funding opportunities are available to pay for a Community Readiness Assessment Survey. There are many community coalitions that use Drug Free Communities Grant funds to pay for their survey. Other federal grant funding opportunities include:
- samhsa.gov
- grants.gov
- ondcp.gov
- ed.gov
You may also consider state prevention grants and other local and private grant opportunities.
